About Centorum
Centorum automatically verifies every government invoice against the full contract stack before payment, reducing improper payments, audit findings, and compliance risk.
Government contracts are structurally complex. Base agreements, amendments, change orders, rate schedules, and deliverables often span hundreds of pages. Agencies process thousands of invoices weekly, each requiring verification against this full document stack. Discrepancies are typically identified after payment through periodic audits, by which point the money has already left the state.
Centorum sits between invoice submission and payment approval. It performs the full document analysis that manual review cannot reliably do at scale: reading every governing document, reconstructing the current terms, mapping each invoice line against the contract, and producing a decision with cited evidence.

Background
Centorum, Inc. is a US-incorporated technology company building pre-payment enforcement infrastructure for government procurement.
Every enforcement check, every document parser, and every decision workflow has been engineered against real published audit findings from state auditor offices across Connecticut, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, and Florida. The system is purpose-built for the specific failure modes that state procurement encounters.
The system was designed from audit findings and procurement workflows by a team from the University of Oxford, with experience deploying AI finance systems in UK local government.
